2 lb of ground beef

1/4 cup diced onions

2 cloves of garlic

2 Tbs of Worcestershire sauce

6 basil leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

A 12 Cupcake mold

Italian blend tomato sauce

Mashed Potatoes

6 peeled and cut potatoes

1/4 cup milk, Go ahead and use goat!

2 Tbs butter

salt and pepper to taste

piping bag with a large star tip

Pre-heat your oven to 350*F. Combine the beef and other ingredients in a bowl. Fill 12 cupcake tins with the beef mixture, top with tomato sauce, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the center is cooked to 160*F. While the meatloaf is in the oven, boil the potatoes in a pot of water until they are tender. Drain the water, return potatoes to the pot, and add the rest of the ingredients. Mash the potatoes with a masher until very smooth and creamy.  Scoop the potatoes into the piping bag and ice the meatloaf like cupcakes. Serve with green beans or any seasonal veggie, and of course crusty bread!
